We help people that struggle with daily living, mental illness, substance and alcohol abuses, homelessness or offending backgrounds by providing them with support to overcome difficulties existing because of their life circumstances. We strive to address the inequality of access to health, employment, training, and social care support for people with multiple needs .We understand that many people accessing our services have had to endure trauma and we respond to the impact of these adverse experiences through person-centered, trust-building and compassionate support. </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Pattern:</strong> 37.5 hours per week, with weekday shifts from Monday to Friday offering options of Early: 9:00 - 5:00, Mid: 11:00 - 7:00, Late: 1:00 - 9:00.
