We are looking to appoint a practitioner who has a passion for improving the life chances of children. The successful candidate will be self-driven and a strong team player. A* to C grades in GCSE English and mathematics are essential.</p>\n<p>What we are looking for:<br>•    Someone confident to deliver on PE lesson taught across the primary range<br>•    A background in sports coaching or has a passion for teaching PE <br>•    Have good organisational skills and a good understanding of health and safety<br>•    Able to provide appropriate mentoring, support, guidance and advice to teachers and run extra-curricular activities<br>•    Highly motivated, innovative and eager to contribute to the life of the school<br>•    Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of our team</p>\n<p>Main responsibilities:<br>•    Plan, prepare and deliver lesson in PE across the whole full time<br>•    Provide after school sports clubs and extra-curricular activities as appropriate<br>•    Support teachers with the teaching of PE and monitor and support where necessary<br>•    Be the school’s Sports Lead<br>•    Support intra and inter sports competitions locally and across the borough if appropriate<br>•    Cover lessons should the need arise</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will need enthusiasm, a strong moral compass and high expectations. <br>If you feel you would be suited to this role, we would welcome your application.</p>\n<p>Closing date for applications: 25th April 2025<br>Interviews:  Week beginning 28th April 2025</p>\n<p>Whitehall Primary School is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children.
