We are recruiting a Team Leader for a newly formed and developing Adolescent Multi-Disciplinary Service within Medway Children Services. The successful candidate will be working in a supporting a team of workers to assess and develop wrap around interventions to children and young people who are suffering harm due to contextual safeguarding issues.
You will be part of the Multi-Disciplinary Service alongside the Family Group Conferencing team, the Family Partnership, and the Specialist Assessment team.

About you:
- GCSEs Grade C and above including English and Maths
- NVQ Level 4 in Working with families with multiple and complex needs or another relevant discipline
