The role reports to the Partnership Manager.</p>\n<p>This role will cover the housing stock within the North West of England. There will be regular travel to site within Greater Manchester.</p>\n<p>The Delivery Programme Lead will be responsible for the delivery and quality of designated large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom Renewal, External windows and door programmes, roofing and retrofit works. Working with our partnered contractors to deliver excellent service and high-quality product.  </p>\n<p>Ensuring that the L&Q property assets are maintained in line with the allocated programmes. All projects are to be developed into an efficient de-risked solution to which our partners/contractors can deliver.
