The London Borough of Havering is undergoing an exciting transition, bringing IT services back in-house from oneSource ICT. As such London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit a D365 CRM Software Engineer to lead the support and development of our Microsoft D365 CE CRM platform, customer portal, and back-office interfaces that meet user needs, are secure, accessible for people with a range of digital skills and confidence and financially sustainable for London Borough of Havering.
If successful in your application for the role of D365 CRM Software Engineer, London Borough of Havering, you will/will be:
- Take responsibility for the ongoing support, development, and improvement of Havering's D365 CE solution, Customer Portal, and Interfaces.
- Support and develop solutions and Interfaces for Havering’s D365 CE CRM environment.
- Work on other internally developed C# .net solutions as required.
- Report to the Senior Software Engineer. Working with them and the team to develop & deliver software solutions.
- Use a range of automated tooling to ensure designs are high-performing, accessible for users in a range of contexts, simple and intuitive to use, cost-effective and error-free.
- Participate in understanding user needs, making solutions simple and estimating effort.
- Contribute to evaluations and reviews of programming methods, tools and standards.
- Ensure the security of information and information systems by encouraging and enforcing adherence to IT policies that ensure availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and integrity.
To be successful with your application, you should have:
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
- Proficiency in developing software solutions and Interfaces within the MS Dynamics 365 platform.
- Strong coding, unit testing, and deployment skills.
- Experience working in an agile delivery framework based around DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
