Holiday Club Manager

We are seeking to appoint a holiday club manager to lead our successful and well attended holiday provision each half-term.

We require a caring, committed and creative individual who has the ability to lead a team and create engaging activities children during the holidays.

We are looking for an individual who:
Can lead on the planning and preparation of a range of indoor and outdoor activities
Has high expectations of children, behaviour and personal development
Has a passion for supporting the needs of all children
Has a positive outlook and loves developing children's learning
Has high levels of organisation and effective communication skills

The contract for the position is for 12 weeks per year. This includes all half terms (except for Christmas, when the club does not open), the summer holidays and one week spread across the year for administration tasks. This is flexible opportunity and discussions with school management are encouraged if time off is required during a specific half term as cover can be arranged.

All training (safeguarding, allergy awareness, first aid, food hygiene) will be provided to success candidate.

Poulton Lancelyn Primary School is an Academy which is part of the Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and will follow a stringent vetting and induction process.
