undertake home visits and outreach in the community including supporting with undertaking and reviewing risk assessments</li>\n<li>Preparing personal performance weekly and monthly figures to reflect the work of the department and to provide these records to the Housing Management Team alongside monitoring and evaluating the team performance to ensure key performance indicators are met and agreed internal delivery targets are achieved in accordance with the Council’s corporate objectives, and priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience of working in a housing or housing related field</li>\n<li>Supervisory experience in a multi-disciplined customer focused service</li>\n<li>Experience of direct client case work providing advice and support to customers on statutory, voluntary and mainstream services</li>\n<li>Ability to analyse complex detailed statistical information and produce user-friendly briefings and charts to inform and performance manage the team</li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of current housing legislation and case law and comprehensive knowledge of tenancy law and landlord We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our evolving Housing Team.
