We have an opportunity for you to become a Community Infrastructure Levy CIL / S106 Monitoring Officer as part of a growing team.</p>\n<p>Ideally, you will be familiar with planning, infrastructure and development funding and have a good working understanding of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations and Section 106 (S106) contributions or will have strong transferable skills and an interest/understanding in new development delivery that would make you a good candidate for this role.</p>\n<p>You will proactively lead on the recording, collection, monitoring, and reporting of community infrastructure levy revenue and s106 financial and non-financial obligations to enable delivery of local and regional infrastructure required to support growth.  The post will also provide support in keeping the council’s systems and processes up to date to enable efficient monitoring and spend of developer contributions.
