Here, you’ll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. Working closely with the mental health trust community rehabilitation team, you’ll help residents overcome challenging behaviour's and support medication compliance, making a real difference every day. Join us to be a part of a team that’s dedicated to empowering and transforming lives! </p>\n<p>Penrose Enfield: Is a vibrant care and rehabilitation service, offering 21 beds in a 24 hour supported accommodation to adults with complex mental health needs. </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Pattern: </strong>Average hours per week will be 37.5 however this will vary due to shift patterns which could mean 32.5 or 43<strong> </strong>hours per week on Rota. Rota will be a 3 monthly rolling Rota Monday to Sunday face to face.</p>\n<p>Shifts are not confirmed but can vary from Early: 07:30 - 15:30, Late: 13:00 - 21:00, Long day 07:30 - 21:00, Night shift: 20:30 - 08:00, following a pattern of 3 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days on, 3 days off.
