The Business Support Service provide administration and financial support to various teams across the council working flexibly to assist services in meeting their key objectives and priorities.
As a Business Support Assistant you would be responsible for processing, updating, and sharing confidential information in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You would also be expected to deal with the members of the public both on telephone/email and face to face.
If you have proven ability in prioritising competing demands, working accurately and efficiently whilst under pressure with excellent IT skills and working as part of a team.

Some positions within Business Support may require you to take minutes at statutory and professional meetings, where the information discussed can at times be sensitive and distressing, where this is required, training would be provided.
