You will be responsible for collating and manipulating data on Excel spreadsheets relating to the work of the team, producing reports and information as required by Senior Managers. There is high level of accuracy required and the ability to be creative in the presentation of data. <br><br> As part of your duties, you will need to monitor and action the Team's generic email inboxes. You will be responsible for ensuring key processes as part of the DfE Statutory Exclusions Guidance and maintaining the register of permanently excluded pupils, seeking information from stakeholders as required. <br><br> You may also be required to offer support, guidance and advice to families, schools and Governors in respect of children at risk of permanent exclusion, or those who have been permanently excluded. <br><br><b>About you</b><br><br> Essential:<ul>\n<li> Educated to A-level standard or equivalent experience. </li>\n<li> Experience of liaising with stakeholders to gather information and ensure key deadlines are met. </li>\n<li> Proven ability to maintain statistical and other information, and the production of reports based on these data. </li>\n<li> Experience of working successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. </li>\n<li> Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li>\n<li> Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills. </li>\n<li> Experience of MS packages, particularly Excel, Word and MS Teams. </li>\n</ul>Desirable:<ul><li> Understanding of the Local Authority statutory responsibilities in relation to school exclusion. </li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity to bring your technical and personal skills to the role and make it your own. About the team
