£24027 - £27,269 per annum

The Business Support Service provide administration and financial support to various teams across the council working flexibly to assist services in meeting their key objectives and priorities.
As a Business Support Assistant, you would be responsible for handling and sharing confidential information in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You would also be expected to deal with the members of the public both on the telephone by email and face to face.
Our current vacancies involve working closely with and supporting Social Workers were one of the key tasks is to provide support at statutory and other professional meetings were you would be responsible for taking and distribution of minutes. The information discussed during these meetings can be very sensitive and distressing.
If you have proven ability in prioritising competing demands, working accurately and efficiently whilst under pressure with excellent IT skills and working as part of a team.
