• Patch Area: Croydon, Sutton & Bromley
• Hybrid:(4 days onsite & in office, dependant on business requirements)
• Salary: £52,375.57 PA
• Reports to: Repairs Manager

Essential requirements

• HNC in Building or Equivalent Qualification
• Driving Licence
• DBS
• Right to Work

What you’ll bring to ccha 

As part of a small team provide a professional and reliable service to the residents of ccha by delivering a technical surveying service whilst ensuring that ccha delivers high performance, value for money, compliancy targets and provides decent and energy efficient homes to its residents.

What we are looking for – essential criteria

• Experience of property inspection, maintenance contracting, and front line working with contractors
• Able to prepare detailed work specifications
• Able to deliver a surveying role in both Planned and Reactive work scenarios/disciplines
• Experience in undertaking formal fire risk assessments on domestic dwellings
• Use own initiative, and manage a busy and diverse workload to prioritise tasks and meet challenging deadlines
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong Attention to detail
• Good IT knowledge & skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel) & confidence in using specialist software packages
• Able to work within a strong team environment, covering for others when needed
• Able to plan, organise and manage own workload
