You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day and major repairs, voids (empty homes), and planned preventative maintenance within your local area. Working closely with colleagues and contractors, you'll provide expert technical advice and help us deliver a seamless service to our customers. You'll be hands-on with site inspections, managing contractors, and ensuring that all works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. With your attention to detail and focus on quality, you'll help us achieve value for money and improve customer satisfaction. To be a success in this role, you're:<ul> <li>experienced within building surveying and well versed in building pathology, preferably within a social housing context</li>\n</ul><ul> <li>degree qualified in Building Surveying or hold a similar technical qualification (HND HNC)</li>\n</ul><ul> <li>experienced and skilled in managing customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction</li>\n</ul><ul> <li>experienced in building strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including contractors.</li> <li>experienced in using M3 NHF SOR (Version 8 preferred)</li>\n</ul>This role will require a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
