<li>Manage and monitor the performance of contractors delivering Peabody's tree management programme.</li> <li>Ensure that tree stock surveys are conducted accurately and completed within schedule.</li> <li>Proactively respond to all tree-related inquiries from customers, staff, and external agencies.</li> <li>Oversee the annual tree budget, ensuring that all works are delivered on time and within financial targets.</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on tree health, risk assessments, and tree-related emergencies.</li> <li>Collaborate with various departments to promote the benefits of trees and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.</li>\n</ul><strong>To succeed in this role, you will have:</strong><ul> <li>A formal qualification in Arboriculture (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).</li> <li>Proven experience in tree identification, Visual Tree Assessment, and managing tree stock.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of BS3998 and experience working with tree survey software, such as Confirm Arb.</li> <li>Experience managing contractors and budgets, ensuring value for money and compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including local authorities and tenants.</li> <li>A full clean UK driving licence and access to a
