The role is varied and you will work with the Head of Place Programme Delivery and have management responsibility for a small team. You will be required to provide the technical and systems support necessary for the planning and delivery of Newham’s CWB (Place) Regeneration Capital programmes. Assisting with procurement of services and creation of purchase orders, resource management and programme and project management. Effectively reporting of progress on delivery to CMT, members and funders of programmes. </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>Ideally degree-educated (or equivalent) or working towards a relevant professional qualification, with substantial knowledge of project and programme management processes and life cycles for efficient and effective monitoring. You will have capital financial and risk management experience in a project and programme context. Ideally an understanding of regeneration issues with an awareness of public sector practice. You’ll be a good communicator and have experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
