Further, you drive improvements to the service, developing key performance indicators and overseeing capital budgets to ensure effective financial management. </p>\n<p>You’ll also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and teams across the Service. </p>\n<p>You will also uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, demonstrating a commitment to improving standards and ensuring the safety and quality of our social housing in compliance with this critical legislation.  </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong>  </p>\n<p>You’ll hold a degree level education or equivalent relevant experience, with full professional membership of CIOB or RICS.  </p>\n<p>You’ll have demonstrable experience in managing major works projects in the social housing sector, aided by strong project management and organisational skills. </p>\n<p>It is essential to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for success in this role.
