The Early Help Partnership Officer works closely with professional partners, child, young people, and families to build strong relationships based on strengths and joint working. The role provides both practical and specialist advice to partners, children, young people, and their families exploring effective sign posting to services so that they do not get overwhelmed and receive the right support at the right time.

About You
