An exciting opportunity has arisen in our payroll department for an experienced payroll professional. London Borough of Tower Hamlets runs a £20million payroll each month for Council staff and over 40 borough schools. Our experienced team run a customer focussed service under the Head of Service for Improvements, Systems and Transactions and so the successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, making the most of our existing systems, contributing to enhancements and process improvement. We are not necessarily looking for sector experience but seeking evidence of developing and supporting teams to deliver an efficient. accurate and consistent payroll service to tight deadlines in a large non-static organisation.
