Gosberton House Academy is an outstanding specialist school for primary-aged pupils with Autism and additional learning needs. We are expanding our inspirational team and would be happy to hear from you if you have an interest and preferably experience in primary education, supporting children with complex needs and the ability to show initiative. Duties include supporting the development of self-help skills, teaching and learning, resource preparation and social learning activities. You will be enthusiastic, caring and keen to learn.
According to our children, GHA is “brilliant”. Every day is different – you might be leading a small group cooking session, joining in with a singing activity, then supporting an art activity at lunchtime. Staff and pupil wellbeing is at the heart of our school values – we celebrate achievements and support positive physical and emotional wellbeing.
Applicants with relevant experience and qualifications are preferred, however we do provide an induction process and comprehensive CPD programme.
If you are interested in learning more, we encourage you to contact us for an informal chat or to arrange a visit to the school on 01775 840250 or enquiries@gosberton-house.lincs.sch.uk or can be downloaded from our website.
