with an ability to produce detailed specifications of work for contractors and our in-house repairs teams to follow.</li> <li>Customer Satisfaction is a priority whilst working Efficiently and Productively with Value for Money in mind.</li> <li>Working safely is paramount, and you will require a strong awareness of and be required to understand written Risk and CoSHH Assessments;
