The role includes supporting pupils individual needs including personal care and therapeutic needs. Candidates should be suitably qualified and have experience of working with pupils who have SLD / ASC / PMLD / Complex Needs.  The TA3 role is key to our classroom management at Bluebell.  The successful candidate will work as part of the class team taking on greater responsibility, including stepping up to oversee the environment and lead the classroom in the absence of the teacher.</p>\n<p>We are looking for those who are highly committed, can show initiative and are focused on supporting our pupils to achieve their full potential. Working in any school can be challenging at times so we are looking for a highly resilient and positive candidate to be a key team player.
