You will receive a bespoke training package, 1:1 support, team learning and reflective group / supervision sessions.</p>\n<p>We have an experienced and established Senior Leadership Team, and your Service Manager and Head of Service are supportive and nurturing.</p>\n<p>Our Executive Director and Director for Children’s Social Care are in full support of Halton being recognised as a Learning and Developing Authority, with a special emphasis on learning and career progression. </p>\n<p>We are committed to supporting our practitioners to achieve their aspirations too.
