You will also hold a PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management training or experience. </p>\n<p>You should have extensive experience running building contracts in social housing, including managing complex major works projects feasibility studies, design and procurement. </p>\n<p>You’ll have strong knowledge of building construction and maintenance techniques, with an ability diagnose building defects.
