This is a varied role, supporting the wider pastoral team, pupils and parents in maintaining high levels of attendance and promoting positive patters of attendance. You will monitor on a daily basis attendance to school, running systems such as truancy call and responding to calls and messages to accurately maintain school registers. Building relationships across the staff, pupils and parental body, that allow you to understand whole school patterns, but equally know our children and families.
You will support your admin colleagues and work in a collegiate manner, that from time to time, will require you to support colleagues as need arises no two days are the same in a school.
