This is a varied and exciting service area, with opportunities for continual learning and development.</p>\n<p>We provide a 16 week induction programme working alongside our existing officers, and a buddy system to enable 1:1 support.</p>\n<h4><strong>About You</strong></h4>\n<p>We are looking for an organised, reliable and enthusiastic person to provide technical assistance and support to a busy dynamic team. To do this a combination of <strong>technical knowledge</strong> and <strong>good communication skills</strong> will be required<strong>, experience in the highway sector would be an advantage.</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for individuals to complement our conscientious and personable team, who provide each other with regular assistance and support.</p>\n<p>Please note this role requires you to be mobile throughout an operational area and therefore a valid driving licence and use of a car is required.</p>\n<h4><strong>About The Offer</strong></h4>\n<p>We will help you to learn new skills, encourage your development and work with you to develop your potential; including the opportunity to undertake further qualifications.
