The service uses a Supportive Relational Model, focusing on strengths-based, trauma-informed, and psychologically informed approaches, with co-production at its heart.</p>\n<p><strong>Shift Pattern: </strong>25 Hours per week, Three shifts per week (10 hours and 7.5 hours x2), scheduled on a rota between 9:00AM  and 9:00PM, Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
