The City of London Children’s Services have a strong focus on relationship-based practice and Systemic Social Work. We’re a small vibrant and diverse borough and are committed to practicing in an anti-discriminatory anti-oppressive way.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a collaborative and experienced enthusiastic social worker, who is passionate about safeguarding in social care. The post holder must be able to evidence strengths-based practice that truly promotes independence. This role requires a relentless focus on supporting and improving the experiences of children and an understanding of effective methodologies, approaches and frameworks that enable this. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed assessment and child protection skills. With the ability to make professional judgements and recommendations based on the presenting needs and act accordingly.
