As Site Supervisor, you will part of the College facilities team on a shift pattern and be responsible for providing general caretaking, security and maintenance support. <br><br> A key part of your role as Site supervisor is ensuring works are carried out to the desired specification and standard. You will generally act as the focal point for all day-to-day building maintenance needs. You will be required to support with room set ups, setting up for internal and external events, general maintenance including painting and decorating, fire alarm testing, toilet checking <br><br> The role of a Site Supervisor supports the college with ensuring the premises and contents are secured, that the building is safe for all staff, students & visitors, all customers' needs are met to a satisfactory standard and that maintenance is conducted with the highest degree of attention to detail. The role will include shift work, including evening and weekends. <br><br> The details of the hours will be confirmed on appointment but the team work on a rota basis. Please note this could change to support the business needs of the college and at times could be extended. <br><br> Previous caretaking experience desirable. Level 2 English and Maths or willingness to obtain in the first 6 months of employment. PAT testing C&G certification or willingness to obtain within first six months of employment.
