As a Health and Safety Advisor, you'll support the delivery of our health and safety objectives in line with our strategic goals.</p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Internal Audits:</strong> Support our internal audit programme to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Training:</strong> Develop and deliver comprehensive health and safety training programmes.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Incident Management:</strong> Manage the accident and incident reporting process and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>KPI Monitoring:</strong> Monitor and report on key performance indicator (KPI) data, compiling insightful reports for management.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in health and safety management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who has:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Certifications:</strong> NEBOSH or NCRQ certificate, or an equivalent health and safety qualification.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Health and Safety Experience:</strong> Experience working with staff and managers on health and safety issues across various levels.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Risk Management:</strong> Experience in risk management processes and conducting investigations.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Influence and Consultation:</strong> Strong ability to inform, consult, and influence others effectively.
