We deal with all aspects of building related services from minor day-to-day repairs, extensions, refurbishment, and renovations, Building Compliance services, along with a range of major capital schemes to a varying and broad range of property portfolios.</p>\n<p>We are looking to strengthen our existing team and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assets Surveyor with a Mechanical Engineering background.  The successful applicant will enhance our service and will support the Construction & Compliance Manager in the provision of statutory compliance programmes across our corporate and educational property portfolios.</p>\n<p>The successful applicant(s) will work proactively and innovatively in the delivery of high-quality mechanical compliance services to our broad client base.
