You will also support delivery of mechanical and electrical services to Council housing.</p>\n<p>You’ll oversee quality assurance, conduct site surveys, inspections, and work valuations to ensure all work meets quality and statutory standards. You’ll also be responsible for budget management and drive service improvements by developing key performance indicators, monitoring service delivery and implementing improvements to the service’s efficiency and effectiveness.</p>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p>\n<p>You’ll be educated to degree level and hold membership of CIOB, or possess equivalent relevant experience. About The Post
