Brent’s diversity is evident to all who visit our borough and our long history of ethnic and cultural diversity has created a place that is truly unique and valued by those who live and work here. <br><br>The council is pursuing a far-reaching transformation agenda that better meets the needs of our community so it is an exciting time to join us.</p>\n<p><strong>The Post</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for an exceptional candidate to deliver the Parents as First Teachers intervention as part of the Family Hubs and Start for Life offer.</p>\n<p>As the successful candidate, you will support the implementation of the Parents as First Teachers intervention by delivering a homebase education and support package as well as delivering parenting activities in a group setting.</p>\n<p>You will also contribute to the evaluation and effectiveness of the programme, and evidencing the sustained impact for parents.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with the parenting coordinator, Family Wellbeing Centres, health colleagues, schools, and other partners to respond to the diverse needs of families.</p>\n<p><strong>The Person</strong></p>\n<p>You will be passionate about supporting babies, children and their parents, and will posses sound knowledge and experience of child development, particularly in the earliest years. The Post

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to deliver the Parents as First Teachers intervention as part of the Family Hubs and Start for Life offer.

As the successful candidate, you will support the implementation of the Parents as First Teachers intervention by delivering a homebase education and support package as well as delivering parenting activities in a group setting.
