Looking for an opportunity that will allow you to help shape and influence the future of health and care services across our beautiful county?  Then look no further because here it is!

About The Role

This is a brand new role, which will join an energetic and high-profile team leading a change programme to ‘supercharge’ integrated care closer to people’s homes.

It will support intelligence and stakeholder-based analysis of existing community and primary services, translating and driving this into the design and modelling for Community Primary Partnerships across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS).

The postholder will be required to build strong working relationships with the ICS Business Intelligence and Population Health Management team, Public Health Intelligence Team and other key colleagues from across the system.

Our Offer to You

The Public health division is committed to investing and developing our staff.  We have a comprehensive workforce development programme with opportunities for professional development at all levels.

Our environment is supportive, and we are ambitious for both the people who work here and the residents of the county.
