We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and compassionate Family Link Worker who is committed to supporting families and creating positive change in the lives of children under five </li>\n<li>Develop and deliver early learning sessions for families, observing children’s development and planning activities to foster growth and address areas of need</li>\n<li>Extend your support into the home, guiding parents through Peep, Play at Home & various other programs to create a positive learning environment and ensure their children are ready to transition to nursery or school</li>\n<li>Collaborate with local schools, nurseries, and community settings to provide a range of services that promote children's learning and development, with a particular focus on speech, language, and communication skills</li>\n<li>Provide direct support to children and families facing a range of challenges, developing targeted intervention plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies as part of the Early Help offer</li>\n<li>Facilitate a variety of parenting courses such as You and Me Mum, Nurture Programme, Baby Massage, and Welcome to Play (training will be provided)</li>\n<li>Complete evaluation reports and case studies to track progress, celebrate achievements, and help shape future service delivery We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children and families</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with parents and caregivers, encouraging cooperation and positive outcomes for their children</li>\n<li>The ability to observe, plan, and deliver engaging and effective learning sessions for children under five</li>\n<li>A commitment to working in partnership with local schools, nurseries, and community services to ensure the best possible opportunities for young children</li>\n<li>In this role, you’ll gain immense job satisfaction by supporting families, helping children thrive, and making a real impact on their futures.
