We are looking for a confident individual to carry out strengths-based Adult Needs Assessments and Reviews which, in line with the Care Act 2014; focus on what the person can do rather than their limitations, so that we can work with the person to maximize their independence. This will involve assessing Mental Capacity, managing identified risks, and considering any informal support available.</p>\n<p><strong>A social work qualification or registration is not necessary, and training will be given.</strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>About the teams</span></strong></p>\n<p>Come join us in the surrounding areas of historic <strong>Lincoln</strong> where you will find a warm welcome in the Local adult care team.
