The role will focus on achieving good outcomes for children and young people by delivering high quality children's social services across the borough.<br> <br>This role is all about helping children, young people and their families to live safely and happily. Our role is to assess, support and safeguard children at risk of harm through a multi-disciplinary approach that engages family members and key professionals at the earliest point.<br> <br>Day-to-day, you'll be involved with assessments, care planning and child protection whilst aiming to prevent the separation of children from their families. You'll be promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and helping them to reach their full potential.
